Membership Benefits
For $105/month, Member will receive one (1) of the following services each month (choose one):
- OSEA Ocean Therapy Custom Facial
- Brow Lamination & Tint (Note: There must be at least six (6) weeks between Lash Lift services to protect lash integrity and ensure proper results.)
- Lash Lift & Tint (Note: There must be at least eight (8) weeks between Lash Lift services to protect lash integrity and ensure proper results.)
Additional Benefits:
- 10% savings on all retail purchases.
Payment Terms
- Membership begins on the date of purchase.
- Auto-payment of $105 will be charged monthly and recur every 30 days.
- Membership continues until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
- Services and benefits cannot be shared or transferred.
- A 30-day written notice is required to cancel all memberships. Email notice must be sent to smoothdowntown.manager@gmail.com with your full name and phone number. Memberships cannot be cancelled without written notice.
- Memberships may be paused for up to 3 months by sending written notice to smoothdowntown.manager@gmail.com.
