Smooth gives you a space to focus on yourself. We are a skin care and waxing boutique that connects with people and helps them feel more comfortable in their skin. With nearly 20 years of experience as an esthetician, Nickie Janes opened Smooth to bring an elevated skincare and luxury waxing experience to Coastal Virginia.

We offer facials, waxing and lash services – and we are best known for providing the cleanest, most comfortable Brazilian wax. Our private service rooms are designed to give clients an escape as well as one-on-one connection with our experienced estheticians. Clients have entrusted us with providing quality care, and it is a relationship we nurture through conversation, empathy and real solutions.

Nickie perfected the ‘Smooth technique’ over the last two decades and has trained our team on special methods and processes to bring the best possible experience to our clients. Our boutique’s store is thoughtfully curated with our clients in mind – stocked with organic skincare products, candles, cards and cheeky gifts to put a smile on your face. We search for brands that stand out from the crowd and often carry smaller, independent brands.
